How It Works
Open the Find My app on your iPhone (iOS 14.5 or later recommended).
Select “Add Item” and follow the pairing steps.
Attach the tag to the item you want to track (keys, bag, wallet, etc.).
View its location on the map or make it ring from the app.
If lost, activate Lost Mode to be notified when a nearby iOS device detects it.

Bluetooth tags typically work within 30 to 40 metres in open space. Outside this range, the location updates automatically when a compatible iOS or Android device passes nearby.
Is the tracker built into the accessory?
No – our accessories (bracelets, collars, mounts) are sold separately. The Bluetooth tag fits neatly inside for a discreet and secure fit.
How long does the battery last?
Bluetooth tags use low-energy technology and generally last between 8 and 12 months on a single battery. You'll get a notification when it’s time to replace it.
